The role manages a large global team and partners with key functions to ensure adherence to quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee escalation processes, and maintain robust QMS across the product lifecycle while coordinating with senior leaders and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance with CAPA.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional and global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Strategy, governance & oversight of global quality management systems (QMS) including CAPA, escalation and issue management.
• Monitor compliance and oversee effectiveness of QMS against regulatory standards.
• Lead quality issues management and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Operations to integrate quality processes across the organization.
