Qualifikationen

• 10+ years progressive experience in process excellence, operational excellence, transformation, automation, enterprise work management, business operations, consulting, or program leadership.
• 7+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives, transformation programs, or globally distributed teams.

• Lead global Process Excellence strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Own a portfolio of process improvement initiatives delivering measurable impact.
• Guide end-to-end process transformation across strategic programs.
• Lead automation capability and scale automation solutions across functions.
• Provide leadership for Workfront portfolio governance and executive visibility.
• Deliver enterprise transformation programs from strategy to execution.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and benefits realization tracking.
