• Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and other languages relevant to automation.
• Hands-on experience with liquid handlers such as Hamilton Vantage/STAR line or Tecan Fluent/Evo.

Aufgaben

• Routine sample preparation of drug product samples with an automated liquid handler and maintenance of automation systems.
• Design, develop, program, and implement automated solutions using digital platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 products).
• Act as a SME in automation and digitalization to lead various workstreams.
• Participate in root cause analysis for automation-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all automation activities comply with GxP regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Engage with automation scientists and other stakeholders to propose and implement automated solutions.
