Unilabs, the leading medical laboratory diagnostics provider in Switzerland, seeks a Digital Process Manager Pathology to shape digital transformation across Swiss sites. You will ensure digital workflows, scanning quality, accreditation standards, training, and AI-supported diagnostics meet regulatory and operational requirements.

You will lead quality activities, manage vendors and AI solutions, monitor QC and TAT, and drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on cross-site coordination

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in digital pathology within a pathology laboratory setting.
• Understanding of quality management and accreditation standards.
• Experience with IMS/LIS, slide scanners, or AI tools is a significant advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Languages: English, plus French or German preferred.

Aufgaben

• Harmonize digitalization procedures and global workflows across pathology sites.
• Lead quality and accreditation activities related to digital pathology and AI.
• Monitor turnaround times and oversee QC tasks.
• Train staff on digital infrastructure and software.
• Serve as main contact with scanner providers and IMS/LIS vendors.
• Manage case synchronization issues between IMS and LIS systems.
• Oversee scanner performance, blur rates, scan times, QC pass rates, and tech issues.
• Monitor AI tool performance, adverse events, TAT impact, and pathologist feedback.
• Stay updated on digital pathology/AI innovations and pilot potential solutions.
• Collect user feedback and coordinate with on-site staff for high-quality operations.
• Oversee system evaluations and validate new users in the digital workflow.
• Track regulatory requirements related to digital pathology, LDTs, and AI technologies.
