Unilabs, a leading medical diagnostics provider in Switzerland, seeks a Digital Process Manager Pathology to lead digital transformation across pathology sites. You will shape workflows, ensure QA/acc Regulations, and collaborate with pathologists, technicians, and vendors to implement AI-augmented diagnostics.

The role emphasizes quality management, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on cross-site coordination and staff training in digital tools.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in digital pathology within a pathology laboratory setting.
• Understanding of quality management and accreditation in digital systems.
• Experience with IMS, LIS, slide scanners or AI tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance data and drive improvements.
• Language skills: English plus French or German (ideally both).

Aufgaben

• Harmonize digital workflows and global processes across pathology sites.
• Lead quality and accreditation activities for digital pathology and AI.
• Monitor turnaround times and manage QC tasks for digital work.
• Train staff on digital infrastructure and software.
• Coordinate with scanners, IMS/LIS vendors, and AI partners.
• Oversee scanner performance, scan times, QC pass rates, and bug tracking.
