Sanofi is building a new global market access hub in Switzerland to orchestrate pricing, reimbursement and lifecycle management for Elenestinib within the ISM portfolio. You will lead MAx strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence launch readiness with data-driven insights.

The role demands deep HTA and payer experience across major markets, strong collaboration skills, and a track record of delivering access value in complex, matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive MAx, pricing & reimbursement experience and direct launch exposure.
• 5+ years at local or international level with MAx & payer knowledge.
• Strong ability to develop global pricing strategies and contracting.
• Experience across major markets (US, EU5, Japan) plus others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for Elenestinib across major markets.
• Collaborate with global brands, HEOR, and regulatory to enable launch.
• Create pricing policies, contracting strategies, and value messages.
• Coordinate with payer stakeholders and country teams on submissions.
• Monitor MAx landscape and adapt plans to payer dynamics.
• Ensure governance and alignment with Sanofi policies.
