Job summary

BeOne is seeking an Associate Director, Health Technology Assessment Operations to lead the operational coordination and delivery of HTA activities, including JCA/JSC, value dossiers and country evidence packages. You will work with GVAP Asset Leads, HEOR and cross-functional partners to translate strategies into an integrated HTA roadmap.

Based in Switzerland (Basel area) or US-remote, the role involves travel up to 10% and overlap with CET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD/MBA) preferred.
• 6+ years in pharma/biotech with HTA or market access.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across workstreams.
• Strong project-management, planning and risk-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HTA activities and dossiers (JCA, JSC) and cross-functional inputs.
• Develop and maintain operational value dossiers and country HTA evidence packages.
• Collaborate to integrate HTA requirements into development programmes and evidence plans.
• Support regional and country access teams with HTA submissions and inquiries.
• Manage external vendors and monitor delivery against scope and deadlines.
