Nexthink is seeking a Staff Java Engineer to design, build, and deliver large-scale, resilient distributed services that process billions of events. You will work on cloud-native architectures to ensure high availability and performance across our platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, driving the technical roadmap, and optimizing for reliability. Strong Java, microservices, and AWS experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Java development experience in SaaS projects.
• Strong microservices expertise; Micronaut or Spring is a plus.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Cloud experience (AWS or similar).
• Knowledge of streaming and distributed caching is a plus.
• Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Proficient in unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.

• Implement, test, deliver, and streamline Nexthink's data platform and accelerate data onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other engineering stakeholders to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions with architects.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap and product improvements.
• Advocate for security, quality, and performance enhancements.
• Promote best practices and team efficiency.
• Ship complex features and improvements.
• Support L3 issues with the team.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and iterative development.
