Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in media buying or performance marketing.
• Experience managing high-spend campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of performance data and ROI optimization.
• Ability to develop and translate objectives into actionable media plans.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team and setting clear KPIs.
• Accountability for team and business results with sound decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns across sources, geographies, and verticals.
• Develop and test media buying strategies aligned with business goals; identify scaling opportunities.
• Lead data-driven optimization using performance trends and insights.
• Build relationships with partners, negotiate deals, and explore new revenue streams.
• Mentor and develop media buyers, set KPIs and drive accountability.
• Improve workflows and processes for scalable operations across campaigns.
• Collaborate with BI, Product and Creative to maximize campaign impact.
• Stay informed on industry changes and new traffic sources.
