Zusammenfassung

Imerys Graphite & Carbon Leadership Team is seeking an IT Project Manager & PMO to lead planning, governance, and delivery for complex hardware deployments and datacenter operations. You will own client engagements from onboarding to final delivery on site in Switzerland.

The role requires 3+ years in datacenter ops, strong ITSM tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk), budget oversight, and team leadership. You will build SOPs, manage tickets, coordinate vendors, and ensure change and safety

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations or a closely related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, and data-center processes.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor purchase orders.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tickets and reports should be clear.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments and report delivery status; handle escalations directly.
• Build long-term relationships to reduce churn and enable account expansion.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira or similar ITSM platforms.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment and sign-off.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics.
• Ensure safety, change management, and access protocols in datacenter operations.
• Maintain live project dashboards for clients and stakeholders.
