Qualifikationen

• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) — primary working language for the role.
• Experience in physical security operations or equivalent (military, law enforcement, critical infrastructure).
• Ability to resolve straightforward security problems and make trade-off decisions with general guidance.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Experience in vendor management, including compliance tracking and escalation of corrective actions.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and business continuity concepts.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver under defined parameters.
• Clear communication skills — ability to present to senior management (up to Senior Manager level).
• Valid driver’s license and own transport with willingness to travel between sites and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Own physical security operations for assigned sites.
• Manage straightforward security problems and components of existing security programs.
• Apply established AWS security standards; resolve straightforward problems in the absence of SOPs with input from senior management.
• Oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, guard force operations, and vendor contracts.
• Assess vendor compliance, track service deliverables, and elevate corrective actions when needed; provide guidance to vendors in situations lacking SOPs.
• Report on project status and vendor SLAs.
• May participate in on-call rotations.
