Vantage Data Centers seeks a Critical Facilities Technician to join our Site Operations team. The role focuses on maintaining and monitoring critical data center infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, UPS, PDUs, generators, ATS, and building controls.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education at advanced technician or engineer level in electricity, climate or cooling.
• Experience operating data centers or similar environments.
• Versatile technical knowledge in operation, maintenance and inspection of critical systems.
• English and Polish at least B1 level.
• Knowledge of fire protection and physical security or central building management systems is advantageous.
• Good communication skills with third parties and internal customers.
• Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to following up on actions.
• Good writing skills and everyday use of standard office equipment.
• Proven skills in using software such as BMS and CMMS.

Aufgaben

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems.
• Areas include electrical, mechanical, building monitoring, and control.
• Complete maintenance activities with high quality in planning, preparation, execution and reporting.
• Ensure full reliability of infrastructure with focus on service continuity and energy efficiency.
• Use BMS and CMMS to monitor the site and perform regular walkthroughs.
