StubHub is seeking a passionate Communications Manager to lead the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) from Switzerland. You will drive corporate and consumer communications strategy for viagogo, support policy messaging, and elevate brand visibility through traditional media and digital channels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with strong media relationships in the DACH region, capable of handling complex content and coordinating across sports, music, and social impact

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of experience in communications and media relations, preferably in media, entertainment, sports, or lifestyle.
• Experience managing brand partnerships and storytelling across multiple channels.
• Strong media relationships within the DACH region, especially Germany.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement corporate and consumer communications strategy for viagogo in the DACH region.
• Support day-to-day brand and reputational storytelling and policy communications.
• Translate policy issues into accessible content for media and public audiences.
• Collaborate with GR team to align messages and campaigns across platforms.
• Develop integrated communications for sports, music, entertainment, and social impact partnerships.
• Create pitches, messaging, narratives and media FAQs for DACH audiences.
• Manage editorial and social calendars for partnerships and activations.
• Oversee German consumer and corporate communications agencies in daily operations.
