Ticketmaster Switzerland is seeking a Senior Client Development Manager to drive new business growth across sports, entertainment, and culture in Switzerland. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, engaging senior stakeholders and tailoring commercial proposals.

In this hunter role, you will shape growth, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Ticketmaster’s footprint in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to close complex deals.
• Experience with sales pipelines and forecasting.
• Fluent in Swiss German and French; English required; Italian a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the Swiss market.
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure.
• Negotiate with senior stakeholders including promoters and venues.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals.
• Drive contract negotiations and closing phases.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Consulting, and Product.
• Monitor market trends and growth opportunities.
• Represent Ticketmaster in industry networks.
• Maintain CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
