Schindler Group is seeking a Global Communications Manager (m/f/d) 80-100 % to shape the voice and reputation of a global company. You will advise senior leaders, craft impactful content, and lead crisis communications in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role demands a strategic communications professional with a strong network in Swiss and international media, fluent English and German, and a track record of reputation management across large organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications and media relations within international organizations.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and German.
• Proven success in reputation management and crisis communications.

Aufgaben

• Drive and further develop Schindler’s global media relations strategy while building trusted relationships with key media representatives worldwide.
• Act as a company spokesperson and advise senior leaders on media engagements, speaking opportunities, and executive communications.
• Create content including press releases, speeches, interviews, web stories, Annual Report and financial communications materials.
• Lead issues management, crisis communications, and proactive reputation protection while monitoring developments.
• Develop impactful stories that strengthen Schindler’s reputation and collaborate with global teams to bring strategic narratives to life.
