Job summary

EY in Zürich seeks a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to lead and coordinate global cybersecurity incident response efforts across teams and regions. You will manage complex events, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong communication with Legal, Privacy, and Risk functions.

• Experience coordinating global cybersecurity incidents across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate complex global cybersecurity incidents, including after-hours.
• Serve as liaison with General Counsel, Data Privacy, and Risk Management.
• Lead process improvements and documentation for incident response programs.
• Draft leadership reports and metrics on incident response performance.
• Mentor junior Cyber Incident Response team members.
