MMG is seeking a (Senior) Consultant - Delivery (80-100%) to join its Zurich office. You will lead cross-functional teams on complex strategic projects, facilitate client workshops, and leverage your network to identify new business opportunities.

The role focuses on shaping business strategies and delivering tangible results for clients. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in management consulting, strong leadership, and fluent German (Swiss) with excellent English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's, Master's (preferred), or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex strategic projects and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and strategic planning sessions to drive actionable outcomes.
