Lonza Group Ltd. in Basel is seeking a Process Delivery Lead who will act as the IT business partner to Engineering, aligning technology with business priorities and driving the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of IT services and applications.

You will manage project portfolios, foster innovation, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics to optimise engineering processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT business partnering, service delivery, application management, or digital transformation within a global environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience managing complex projects, portfolios, and operational services across multiple stakeholders.

• Develop and execute the Engineering technology roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and Global Process Owners.

• Foster innovation and collaboration while ensuring compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

The actual location of this job is in Basel Tower or Visp in Switzerland. Reporting to the Value Stream Lead, the Process Delivery Lead acts as the IT business partner to Engineering. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and automation. The roles is also responsible for the delivery, operation, support, and continuous improvement of IT services, applications, and solutions in Engineering. As the Primary IT business partner the Lonza engineering department, the role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business priorities, driving operational excellence, managing demand, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, enhancements, and service improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in IT business partnering, service delivery, application management, or digital transformation within a global environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience managing complex projects, portfolios, and operational services across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and effectively influence senior business and technical leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; experience in a regulated environment is considered an advantage.
