BLP Digital AG in Zürich is seeking a Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager to own the customer voice end-to-end, building an advocacy program that turns 550+ enterprise customers into referenceable champions, published case studies, and a strong review-site presence.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales and customer success, collaborating with CFOs, COOs and operations leaders across Europe, and you will have real ownership of the advocacy motion, influencing campaigns, website

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with at least 2 years in customer marketing/advocacy/reference management.
• Proven track record of obtaining case studies and references from enterprise customers and navigating approvals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong interviewing and storytelling abilities to extract business impact and craft compelling narratives.

Aufgaben

• Build and run the customer reference program across enterprise customers.
• Own case studies, success stories, and customer quotes from interview to publication.
• Own review-site presence and drive ratings on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
• Recruit and prepare customer champions for webinars, events, and analyst conversations.
• Establish structured interfaces with account teams for advocacy candidate identification.
• Measure advocacy impact across industries, use cases, and sales pipeline influence.
• Supply customer evidence to campaigns, website, PR, and executive presentations.
