Job summary

BLP Digital in Switzerland is seeking a product leader to own the product decisions for your team's area of the BLP Platform, guiding what gets built and in what order. You will shape the product strategy with leadership and domain experts, help the team scale how the product organization operates, and collaborate with customers, founders, and engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Fluent English is required; German is a nice-to-have while you work with a global client base and multiple SATs.

Qualifications

• Evidence of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers adopted.
• Entrepreneurial judgment and decisive decisions with incomplete information.
• Proven experience in product discovery and experimentation.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales and executives and maintain relationships.
• Fluent English communication in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Own the product decisions for your team's area of the BLP Platform: what gets built, in what order, and why.
• Define the outcomes your team is accountable for.
• Lead discovery to understand users and customers deeply enough to make evidence-based decisions.
• Shape the product strategy in partnership with product leadership and domain experts.
• Support scaling of the product organization: intake, prioritization, and operating rhythms.
