Qualifikationen

• Swiss working/residency permit required (Swiss/EU citizen if applicable).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Business Management is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of civil engineering and construction.
• 10+ years in procurement, with at least 5 years in category management.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, cosmetics) preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies delivering measurable outcomes.
• CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) category experience.
• CIPS certification required.
• Fluent English with minimum B2 level in German.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFx and vendor selection activities during project execution.
• Identify current and long-term business needs and align procurement accordingly.
• Develop CSA category strategy to match market capabilities and business needs.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering and other teams on objectives and priorities.
• Create cost-reduction plans and manage supplier relationships.
• Provide leadership and change management to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Drive supplier performance via scorecards and metrics.
• Act as primary contact for project-related issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Claims to resolve partner issues.
• Develop supply risk management strategies and implement mitigation plans.
• Translate category strategies into project execution plans.
• Negotiate Construction Services and Framework Agreements with vendors.
