CTC Resourcing Solutions is recruiting for a Capex Procurement Project Buyer based in Visp, Switzerland for an initial 12-month contract with high extension potential. The role leads sourcing for Construction Services within capital investment projects and partners with engineering to deliver value and risk mitigation.

Key duties include RFx execution, CSA category strategy, negotiations for master and framework agreements, and SRM to ensure reliable supply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Business Management preferred.
• 10+ years in Procurement with 5+ years in CSA/Civil, Structural, Architectural.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, cosmetics) preferred.
• Fluent English and German (B2) required; Swiss/EU residency/citizenship.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFx and vendor selection for construction services on capex projects.
• Develop CSA category strategy aligned with project needs and market capabilities.
• Drive cost reduction and risk mitigation across procurement activities.
• Negotiate framework and major supply agreements with vendors.
• Manage SRM and supplier development to ensure reliable supply.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on procurement plans.
