neon is seeking a Head of CRM to own and shape its client relationship management across channels. You will lead a 5-person CRM team, collaborating with Customer Data & Product teams and reporting to the CMO.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• Proven track record leading a team and developing people’s autonomy and success.
• Strong strategic sense with hands-on ability to define lifecycle frameworks and execute campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing and design/scale behaviour-triggered CRM journeys across email, push, in-app and SMS.
• Lead client communication initiatives and edutainment campaigns to simplify product topics and boost engagement.
• Develop a data-driven CRM team, analytics frameworks, segmentation, and next-best offer engines.
• Oversee Martech stack and ensure GDPR/FINMA compliant communications.
