Chopard is seeking a Global Head of CRM to steer a worldwide CRM transformation and establish CRM as a strategic capability across the Maison. You will report to the Chief Digital Officer and turn customer data into actionable insights that enhance clienteling, retention and growth across channels.

The role requires leading a global CRM organization, developing advanced personalization, and promoting a client-centric culture across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in senior CRM leadership, delivering global programs.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data analytics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in French and English; Swiss/EU/EFTA nationals or valid Swiss permit.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute global CRM roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Drive CRM to improve client conversion, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
• Lead client intelligence, personalization, and omnichannel client experiences.
• Build and coach a high-performing Global CRM team and governance.
• Partner with Retail, Marketing, Digital, and Regional teams to deliver measurable value.
