Zusammenfassung

Neupack Produkte AG in the Luzern region seeks a commercially minded analytics professional to shape how our commercial organisation operates, measures performance and unlocks customer opportunities. You will define CRM requirements and drive adoption of solutions across the sales team.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards and management reporting, evaluate profitability and growth, and lead CRM and commercial development projects with senior management. Fluent German/English is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Business-to-business analytics and commercial analytics experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into software requirements.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting and performance management.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Fluent German and/or English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Power BI is beneficial.

• Analyse customer, product and sales performance.
