Fresh graduates are welcome. You will work with creators, agencies, and talent managers, and contribute to scalable growth practices while benefiting from a remote work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day communication with creators through social media, messaging platforms, and other digital channels.
• Support creator acquisition and onboarding from initial outreach through to account activation.
• Respond to creator questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other teams for additional support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Gather creator feedback, identify recurring themes, and share insights with the wider team.
• Help improve communication processes, workflows, and best practices as the Creator Growth function develops.
• Contribute to additional Creator Growth initiatives and projects as needed.
