Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Contract Management Specialist (m/f/d) in Bern for a hybrid role (80–100%). The position focuses on telephone and written customer contact, processing of insurance applications, and managing contract amendments while ensuring bilateral agreements.

You will create confirmations and handle correspondence. Fluency in German and French at native levels is required, with a commercial background and health-insurance experience.
