Job summary

Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee is seeking an experienced R&D Nutritionist to guide nutrition science in coffee product innovation and reformulation. You will collaborate with product developers, nutrition experts, and market nutritionists to drive cutting-edge nutrition-focused coffee and beverage solutions at a global scale.

You will assess products against nutrition targets, identify gaps and opportunities, and build nutrition awareness internally.

Qualifications

Bringing nutrition science expertise to product innovation.
Applying nutritional methodologies to support practical product decisions.
Using analytical thinking to translate science into business impact.
Collaborating across teams, markets and matrix environments; strong communication.
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop scientific rationales and nutritional guardrails for portfolio improvement.
Assess product nutrition against internal targets and external requirements.
Identify nutrition gaps, trends and growth opportunities for future solutions.
Build nutrition awareness for NPTC employees.
Lead knowledge transfer across application groups and market nutritionists.
