Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Co Manufacturing Planner to manage demand and supply scheduling for subcontractors in North America. You will work with multiple departments to meet customer requirements on time and in full.

The role requires SAP/MRP experience, an associates degree or equivalent, and 3+ years in a food manufacturing environment. Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems; strong numerical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP-related tools.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute production capacity for subcontracted finished goods.
• Plan and replenish materials to ensure the plan can be executed by location.
• Coordinate subcontracting activities with internal departments and planning teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with co-manufacturers and review production capabilities.
• Communicate shortages or delays daily with the co-man team.
• Identify and offset capacity issues with local planners and subcontractors.
• Assist with product launches and changes with external production partners.
• Reconcile CHEP pallet accounts weekly.
• Lead end-of-month, quarterly, and fiscal year stock reconciliations with subcontractors.
