Novelis invites applications for a Supply Chain - Network Planner (m/f/d) Beverage & Packaging in our Küsnacht, Switzerland location or at one of our plants in Europe. You will develop production plans to meet service levels, optimize delivery costs, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy across the network.

The role requires a university degree in SCM or Industrial Engineering, initial SC/Operations experience, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex problems.
• Collaborative team player and excellent communicator.
• Fluent English; German and/or French a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP) and ERP integration.
• Experience with digitization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and coding (Python/C++).

Aufgaben

• Develop the production plan to meet the service level for customers.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
• Maintain replenishment strategy at defined stock level via statistical analysis.
• Optimize service delivery at the lowest possible costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast planning and processes.
• Orchestrate material flow across the supply chain network considering capacity, inventory and cost.
• Develop and operate tools to run scenario models and determine supply chain results.
