Zusammenfassung

Medacta International is seeking a Demand Planner to manage large datasets, analyze demand trends, and provide accurate forecasts to support business objectives. The role requires clear communication with internal departments and external customers, and a commitment to continuous improvement of planning processes.

You will support budgeting and forecast sessions, assess extra-forecast orders, analyze historical data for seasonality, and assist lifecycle forecasting for Phase In/Out products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, logistics, or supply chain.
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power Query/Power BI is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare budget and forecast inputs with data-driven insights.
• Evaluate extra-forecast orders for profitability and feasibility.
• Analyze historical demand data to identify trends and seasonality.
• Support product lifecycle forecast for Phase In/Out.
• Compute KPIs and prepare data for S&OP meetings.
• Act as liaison between branches and Sales, Marketing, Finance.
• Identify and implement process improvements in demand planning.
