Job summary

On is seeking an Executive Operations professional to serve as the dedicated navigator and engine for our Co-CEO, driving top-level priorities and ensuring organizational momentum in a fast-growing global environment.

You will draft executive communications, prepare polished materials, and attend key meetings to capture decisions and drive follow-up actions, collaborating with the Director, Office of the Co-CEOs and the broader leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level executive support to C-suite or senior leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent drafting and copywriting skills for polished communications.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and project management capabilities.
• Experience managing confidential information and relationships across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; German or Swiss German proficiency is valued.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the Co-CEO's daily rhythm, meetings, briefing and top priorities.
• Draft highly polished emails, communications, and presentation materials.
• Attend critical meetings, capture decisions, and drive post-meeting actions.
• Collaborate with Director, Office of the Co-CEOs on strategic agenda.
• Coordinate with the executive team to streamline organizational workflows.
• Act as a culture carrier, surfacing insights to support leadership.
