Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years post‑graduate professional experience, with proven consultancy roots.
• Direct strategic client‑side experience in global premium apparel, sportswear, or luxury fashion brands.
• Demonstrated track record running C‑Suite operations and managing Board deliverables.
• Strong analytical rigor balanced with a commercial focus on brand storytelling, product identity, and digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead strategic advisor to the Co‑CEOs, translating priorities into executable roadmaps across commercial, brand, product, and digital domains.
• Lead high‑stakes cross‑functional projects and growth initiatives spanning new markets, brand storytelling, and digital expansion.
• Own executive governance: prepare, orchestrate, and synthesize board deliverables and strategic pre‑reads, and coordinate executive off-sites.
