Zusammenfassung

Xelon invites a Cloud Operations Lead to own daily cloud platform operations, including availability, incidents, recovery and the service desk. You will steer a four-to-six person team, ensuring stability and auditable operations while closely partnering with the Head of Platform & Technology.

You will drive ISO 27001 readiness, multi-hypervisor operations and a clear technical roadmap, in a hybrid Zug environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading IT operations in a cloud/hosting environment.
• Hands-on VMware production experience.
• Ability to manage platform migrations without customer impact.
• Fluent German and English communication.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Operate and optimise the multi-hypervisor estate with VMware as the primary platform.
• Lead the service desk and incidents with a 4–6 person team.
• Ensure ISO 27001, ISAE and data sovereignty compliance.
• Shape platform strategy and roadmaps with the Head of Platform & Technology.
• Manage budgets, vendors and procurement for operations.
