Jobtailor is seeking a Cloud Engineering leader to head the Cloud Engineering Competence Center in Switzerland. You will lead a 7-person engineering team, drive strategic workforce planning, and shape the service portfolio with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Your role requires deep cloud expertise, a passion for standardization and governance, and the ability to mentor and develop technical talent.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced professional education in computer science or equivalent
• Proven leadership in cloud engineering or infrastructure settings
• Experience leading technical teams and specialist functions
• Strong knowledge of cloud, platform, and infrastructure services
• Experience in knowledge, competence, and talent management is a plus
• Excellent German and English communication skills

Aufgaben

• Lead the Cloud Engineering Competence Center and a 7-person team
• Drive recruitment, workforce planning, and capacity/resource planning
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on service and customer needs
• Define standards, best practices, and governance models for the area
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer across the organization
• Contribute to budget planning and strategic development of the area
