Applicants should have several years of leadership in engineering or infrastructure, deep IT/managed services experience, and a degree in computer science.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in an engineering or infrastructure setting.
• Industry background in IT, ideally managed services.
• HF/FH computer science or equivalent qualification.
• Strong cloud, platform, and infrastructure service knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead Cloud Engineering team (7 engineers) and drive performance reviews.
• Recruitment, workforce planning, and capacity management.
• Promote high-performing engineering culture with customer focus.
• Standardize processes, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate on service and performance portfolio with Business Line.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
