Zusammenfassung

Digital Asset seeks a Team Lead in Zurich to direct a cross-functional engineering team delivering multi-component features within the Canton Network. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, review progress, and mentor engineers while maintaining high-quality, compliant software delivery.

You will work across domains with product and engineering leaders, influencing architecture and timelines, and ensuring a positive team culture with growth opportunities for members based in Zurich

Qualifikationen

• MS or PhD in computer science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of scalable, distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead teams across geographies and estimate complex projects.

Aufgaben

• Leads and manages a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested solutions.
• Breaks down work into achievable tasks and sequences them across team members.
• Communicates tasks effectively across stakeholders and collaborates with product management.
• Manages risk by understanding cross-team dependencies and planning 3–6 months ahead.
• Contributes to design and implementation, mentoring team members and driving performance reviews.
