The Kusnacht Practice AG seeks a Medical Programme Manager to orchestrate client medical journeys from admission through discharge, coordinating physicians, psychologists, nursing, hospitality and external specialists to ensure clinically robust and seamless programmes.

You will lead care plan reviews, manage relationships with families, and shape discharge planning while maintaining the highest standards of client experience in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German including Swiss German and excellent English required.
• Clinical or medical background essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate medical journey from admission to discharge and continuing care.
• Act as central point of contact for full treatment team, including external specialists.
