Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or above).
• Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF/FH.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the nursing team to foster collaboration and a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure collaboration with other departments.
• Plan and deliver training programs for nursing staff and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, hygiene standards, and company guidelines through audits.
• Perform clinical tasks such as blood draws, infusions, EKGs, and medication management.
• Manage incident reporting and follow-up via CIRS with leadership to implement corrective measures.
• Oversee ordering, preparation, and transport of medical samples with partner laboratories.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with external nurses, doctors, and partner pharmacies for high-quality service.
