  • Serve as co-therapist in specialised interventions (e.g., family constellation, adventure therapy, exposure therapy) when needed
  • Act as a therapist within youth and family programmes
  • Support the intake process through psychological screenings and diagnostic formulation
  • Participate in neuromodulation treatment sessions (e.g., rTMS, tDCS), ensuring patient preparation and monitoring, if applicable
  • Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families to promote understanding of psychiatric conditions and treatment engagement
  • Contribute to treatment planning and interdisciplinary case discussions with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals
  • Maintain the psychometric testing database with accurate, confidential, up-to-date records
  • Develop, implement, and monitor psychological protocols and documentation standards with the Clinical Director and Head of Psychiatry
  • Support quality assurance, clinical audits, and outcome measurement initiatives
  • Participate in case conferences, supervision, and continuing professional development
  • Support ongoing relationship management with continuing care and long-term clients
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including outreach, referral networks, and partnerships
  • Represent the clinic in community engagement and educational events promoting mental health awareness.
  • Assist in managing the professional ecosystem of collaborators, including therapists, psychologists, and referring physicians.
You are/have
