You will partner with Medical leaders to drive governance, risk signaling, budget visibility, and cross-functional alignment, mentoring PMO talent and advancing data-enabled execution aligned to GCM principles.

Qualifikationen

• 10-12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Proven experience partnering with Medical and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into executable program plans.
• PMO certification or credentials preferred (PMP/Agile/Change management).
• Strategic program execution translating priorities into governance, plans, and control mechanisms.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end execution management for complex Medical programs (asset-level) with integrated plans and governance.
• Partner with Medical leaders to translate priorities into actionable, sequenced execution plans with clear accountability.
• Provide program-level visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, budget implications, and operations.
• Drive program-level governance and decision-making with structured discussions and timely closures of decisions.
• Lead management of complex risks and issues, escalating when senior intervention is needed.
• Support prioritization and scenario planning with Medical and PMO leadership to maintain delivery credibility.
• Oversee program-level budget and resource considerations with Finance and functional leads.
