Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking a client and billing operations specialist to join our commercial team with a focus on financial and invoicing matters.

You will act as the main contact for clients and Account Managers, maintain records of annual recurring fees, and coordinate invoicing with Finance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a relevant role are required; fluency in German and French is essential. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support, operations, billing, or accounts receivable role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and provide backup when needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle challenging and complex situations with composure, confidence, and professionalism.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective workload management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and French.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales team in preparing and processing offers in line with internal standards and procedures
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and Account Managers on financial and billing matters, providing supporting documentation as required
• Maintain accurate records of clients’ annual recurring fees and ensure the timely and correct invoicing of all contracted projects and services
• Coordinate client and partner invoicing activities in close collaboration with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams
• Assist the Sales team in preparing presentations, documentation, client meetings, events, and related follow-up activities
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within management reporting systems, and prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders
• Manage and maintain team documentation and administrative records
• Support the Team Lead with the onboarding, induction, and training of new team members
