Zusammenfassung

Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking a client and billing operations specialist to join our commercial team with a focus on financial and invoicing matters.

You will act as the main contact for clients and Account Managers, maintain records of annual recurring fees, and coordinate invoicing with Finance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a relevant role are required; fluency in German and French is essential. Hybrid work is offered.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales team in preparing and processing offers in line with internal standards and procedures
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and Account Managers on financial and billing matters, providing supporting documentation as required
• Maintain accurate records of clients’ annual recurring fees and ensure the timely and correct invoicing of all contracted projects and services
• Coordinate client and partner invoicing activities in close collaboration with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams
• Assist the Sales team in preparing presentations, documentation, client meetings, events, and related follow-up activities
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within management reporting systems, and prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders
• Manage and maintain team documentation and administrative records
• Support the Team Lead with the onboarding, induction, and training of new team members

The overall aim and target of this function is to secure the customer and prospect’s operational stability and improve the service level satisfaction. The team is well positioned to support the Key Account Manager and Sales Manager operationally, thus allowing them to focus on building relationships with the prospect/ client and identifying sales and upselling opportunities.
