LGT Private Banking in Lugano is seeking a motivated Avaloq-focused developer to join our agile product team. You will translate customer needs into robust solutions, participate in DevOps practices, and advance towards Avaloq parametrization for payments and settlements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality interfaces and containerized deployments. Fluency in English or German is required, with the other language at conversational level.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Avaloq parametrization in payments or securities, or strong business analysis in payments/securities.
• Customer-oriented with ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban); SAFe is a plus.
• Independent, structured working style with initiative.

Aufgaben

• Actively participate in our agile payment developer team.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, concepts and solution design.
• Implement customer requirements in Avaloq for payments, settlements and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure delivery quality with DevOps and QA collaboration.
• Develop and maintain in-house interfaces and containerized solutions.
• Support ongoing improvement and user satisfaction.
