Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Geneva is seeking a Client Experience Project Manager to coordinate regional initiatives and elevate the boutique experience.

You will oversee gifting campaigns, tools implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with markets, suppliers and internal teams across Europe, reporting to the Client Experience Manager Europe-CIS.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment within Luxury, Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to multitask while managing priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication; fluent in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on regional client experience initiatives across Europe in line with Maison guidelines.
• Oversee forecasting, stock and budget management, and implement client experience tools and gifting.
• Develop and deploy gifting campaigns to elevate client experience.
• Coordinate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders on projects and requests.
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow-up on action plans.
• Analyze client feedback, KPIs and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance boutique experience.

You have previous proven operational experience in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment, ideally within the Luxury, Retail or Hospitality sector, and have a keen interest in these industries.

You possess very strong project management and organizational skills, paired with a strong attention to detail.

You show proactivity, a solution-oriented mindset as well an ability to multitask and to juggle priorities.

You demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in your daily work and are recognized for your excellent team spirit and collaborative attitude.

You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both French & English.

What are we expecting from you?

The role is based in Geneva, attached to the regional Retail Client department and reporting to the Client Experience Manager Europe-CIS.

As a Client Experience Project Manager, you coordinate and follow-up on various regional initiatives aimed at optimizing the client experience, particularly concerning tools, gifting, hospitality and client satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following ones:

• Coordinate and execute regional client experience initiatives across Europe in line with Maison guidelines
• Oversee and optimize forecasting, stock & budget management, operational follow-up and implementation of client experience tools and gifting
• Develop and deploy gifting campaigns to elevate the client experience and contribute to streamlining the process to enhance client experience
• Coordinate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders in various projects & requests and support markets in implementation
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow-up on action plans
• Analyze client feedback, KPIs and insights to identify improvement opportunities
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and boutique experience
