  • 10+ years of digital/retail solution management and technology transformations.
  • Extensive Omnichannel, Retail Operations, clienteling and CRM knowledge.
  • Experience with external agencies and global transversal teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business, data and technical concepts.
  • Strong leadership, change agent mindset and decision-making.
  • Advanced Program & Project Management (Agile/Scrum); Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI proficiency.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, execute and advocate for the Maison’s Client and digital in-store solutions roadmap.
  • Act as SME and primary contact on client and retail technology; ensure CRM, clienteling and in-store apps integrate.
  • Partner with Group transversal teams to champion requirements and monitor delivery.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track the business impact of digital initiatives.
  • Direct a multi-year Transformation Program to modernize the retail and client solutions.
  • Implement governance, monitor progress, manage risks, and achieve outcomes.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable functional, data and technology specs.
  • Coordinate global projects with defined scopes, budgets, timelines and interdependencies.

YOUR ROLE

As Client & Retail Solutions Manager, reporting to the Head of Client & Omnichannel Solutions, you will be at the heart of the Maison's Omnichannel transformation and global growth. You will define the strategic vision and drive the roadmap for our global Client and digital in-store solutions.

This high-profile role will require you to take charge of a strategic multi-year retail transformation program. Working in close collaboration with senior Maison and Group stakeholders, you will ensure the evolution of our boutique experience, making sure it combines business needs with cutting-edge technologies and reflects the Maison's standards of excellence.

PLAYING YOUR PART
STRATEGY, ROADMAP & SOLUTION OWNERSHIP
  • You will formulate, execute and advocate for the Maison’s Client and digital in-store solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic commercial objectives
  • You will act as the primary subject matter expert and key point of contact on client and retail technology, ensuring all digital tools (CRM, clienteling, in-store apps) integrate seamlessly to deliver an unparalleled boutique experience
  • You will partner closely with Group transversal teams to champion the Maison's specific functional requirements and monitor the delivery
  • You will establish and monitor key business metrics and project KPIs to track, analyze, and report on the concrete business impact of digital initiatives
STRATEGIC PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • You will direct a multi-year, strategic Transformation Program for the Maison aimed at fully modernizing the retail and client solutions landscape
  • You will put in place a robust governance framework, driving consistent progress monitoring, risk management, and the achievement of business outcomes
  • You will translate complex business and boutique needs into clear, scalable functional, process, data, and technology specifications
  • You will coordinate complex, global projects by managing scopes, budgets, resources, timelines, and interdependencies
STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
  • You will cultivate trust and secure buy-in from senior leadership across different geographies and corporate functions within both the Maison and the Richemont Group
  • You will drive comprehensive change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure rapid, seamless adoption of new tools and retail processes worldwide
  • You will facilitate executive-level decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven insights, proactive risk mitigation plans, and transparent progress reports
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success In This Role Will Require
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or related field
  • Solid experience (10+ years) in digital/retail solution management and technology transformations, with a proven track record in leading complex programs, ideally in the watchmaking or luxury industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Omnichannel & Retail Operations, clienteling, CRM systems, digital in-store tools, e-commerce and cross-domain architecture
  • Proven experience partnering with and managing external agencies and global transversal teams
  • Ability to synthesize complex business, data, and technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional leadership, change agent, strong decision-making, strategic and pragmatic
  • Advanced Program & Project Management (Agile/Scrum), proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI
  • Fluency in English and French
