Job summary

You will recruit and mentor an international sales team, shape commercial models with finance and legal, and drive a disciplined pipeline to secure a substantial global order book.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience selling complex, high-value technology, industrial systems or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing major commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation: build a credible path from engagement to signed contracts and long-term revenue.
• Strategic customers: develop relationships with senior decision-makers at major industrial and energy companies.
• Complex deal execution: lead major commercial negotiations from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Sales organization: recruit, develop and lead an international sales team based primarily from Zug.
• Pipeline management: establish processes for identifying and prioritizing opportunities.
