Job summary

Copenhagen Atomics is seeking a Head of Investor Relations based in our Zug office to lead investor relations and capital-raising activities. This senior, hands-on role will work closely with the CEO, CFO and IR colleagues to build relationships with investors and secure the capital needed for our growth, with about 80% of time devoted to fundraising.

You will contribute to developing the Swiss IR footprint, with the potential for Zug to grow to around 30 employees.

Qualifications

At least 5 years in capital raising or investor relations.
Experience in equity fundraising for tech, energy or industrials.
Strong relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
Excellent business communication in English; German a plus.
Able to discuss financial models and investment terms with investors.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage and develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices and other providers.
Build trusted, long-term investor relations and serve as senior contact.
Lead fundraising execution with CEO and management through due diligence and closing.
Clearly communicate the investment narrative and market opportunity.
Develop investor materials and updates with finance and communications teams.
Help build and lead the Investor Relations team in Zug.
Expand Copenhagen Atomics' investor network internationally.
