The Director, Learning, Quality & Innovation for Aga Khan Schools is the senior educational leader and adviser to the General Manager on educational strategy, quality and innovation across the AKS network. They shape the educational direction of AKS and translate priorities into a coherent strategy that advances excellence across the network.

The role establishes system‑wide frameworks, standards and performance measures, monitors outcomes and drives continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctorate in Education or related field.
• Significant senior leadership experience in complex education systems or international school groups.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and translate data into strategy.
• Experience with international education networks and global partnerships.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse cultures and regions.

Aufgaben

• Advise the General Manager and Global Leadership Team on educational strategy, quality and innovation.
• Develop and implement Learning, Quality & Innovation Strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
• Advise on educational policy, investment priorities and transformation.
• Establish system-wide frameworks for curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and learner success; monitor outcomes.
• Lead innovation in teaching, learning and educational technology across the AKS network.
• Strengthen leadership capability and professional learning across schools and regions.
• Develop partnerships and represent Aga Khan Schools in international educational forums.
