Zusammenfassung

EHL invites a leader to head the Center of Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) to drive academic innovation across its Swiss campuses. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape digital education strategies, and elevate teaching quality while aligning with the institution’s mission and values.

You will oversee faculty development, educational technology integration, and engagement with internal and external partners to ensure cutting-edge pedagogy and strong educational outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field, or substantial subject-area experience.
• 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Fluency in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Co-create and drive the Teaching & Learning Strategy to deliver a signature EHL classroom experience.
• Adapt curricula to industry trends such as AI, sustainability, and digital transformation.
• Lead the CTLE and a multidisciplinary team to implement strategy and faculty support.
• Design and implement faculty development programs to advance pedagogy and edtech.
• Monitor EdTech trends to inspire faculty and encourage reflective practice.
• Oversee the development and use of learning technologies across campuses.
• Promote quality, accreditation, and continuous improvement in teaching.
